MIA

Sorry I've been MIA but school is kicking my butt while working so much. I'm doing well in all my classes I just don't have any free time at all. hahahaha So I finally started on mushies last Friday and it's been amazing! I can finally eat yummy foods and my energy is back in full force! The only down side is that all of a sudden I'm hungry quicker than before. I mean I'm still only eating every 3-4 hours but it should be every 4-5. And I don't feel full like I used to. oh and I can eat about 3/4 cup of blended soup at a time. Other things I'm still only eating a few bites at a time but the soup is getting me. Also I have finally plateaued! nooooooo! I got down to 261 and I've just stoped losing! I know this is normal when you get to mushies but I still don't like it! I'm just glad I'm getting a fill a week from Friday so I can get back to losing weight! I've got to admit that I haven't been the best about exercising. I have absolutely no time so I've been working extra hard at running at work and making sure that I park REALLY far away from class at school so that I get a walk in. I need to start doing video workouts at home since I never have time to get to the gym. I'm hoping that once I get settled in my classes I will have more free time.

so here are somethings I've been eating now that I'm on mushies!!!!
WARNING: Some of these things sound REALLY disgusting.
-cottage cheese
-refried beans with cheese and sour cream and sometime salsa
-oatmeal
-poached eggs
-Lemon chicken quinoa soup blended in the magic bullet(this is my favorite!!! It tastes sooooo good)
-now here is the gross one...Blended chicken with Greek yogurt( I love yogurt with my chicken and blended it tastes no different it just looks nasty!)

I have some other things to try I just haven't gotten around to it yet. and I think that everyone should try that lemon chicken soup. you can get it at Costco and it really is amazing!

Also there is a place in Spokane called the meal maker and what they do is set up meals and you come in and prepare them and then you take them home and cook them or freeze them for later. you don't have to do any dishes and everything is ready for you when you come in. Its amazing and affordable! well my mom went in and talked to the lady who owns the place and she said that every month she will make sure to put plenty of items on the menu that are low in sodium and low in sugar that I can eat! She even called my doctor to get some recommended foods! and she helped my mom make some things in my portion size like tiny little turkey burgers! She has gone above and beyond! She really made my day!

OK well got to get studying for my math test on Friday! I will try to finally get pictures up soon and I will try to update more frequently!
